Learning Design and Development

Learning can take many forms, depending on the context—whether it's for a classroom, an online course, or a training program. The goal is to ensure that the learning process is engaging, effective, and aligned with the needs of both the learners and the organization. Check out some examples of our work below.

What We Do

Learner Videos

This video was created for Boston University's Development & Alumni Affairs team as a preview of their new learning management system named Compass. We use a variety of tools to development content that keeps learners engaged, and customize to your needs.

eLearning Design

We develop eLearnings that can be uploaded directly to your organizations learning management system, or if you don’t have an LMS, we can provide access to courses via Articulate’s Reach 360. Here is a quick look at an onboarding course built for BU’s LMS, Litmos.

Workshops and Team Building

Our workshops focus on individual, team, and organizational needs. Participants shown from University of North Carolina taking part in a workshop called Organizational Ambiguity, designed to create a situation where unclear communication between roles leads to unknown outcomes.

Whatever it is, we’ll help you find a way.
